That’s right! If you change your mind, you can return it for a refund.
Just let us know within 24 hours of receiving your goodies, pop it on a return courier and we’ll refund the total cost of the things you have decided against!
Of course there’s a few terms and conditions but nothing unfair!
- You must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and let us know what you want to return. Please let us know your order number and your bank account details.
- Return must be via tracked signature required courier and sent within 2 business days of contacting us.
- You must return the goods in saleable condition and in all packaging. The items must be in the condition you received them in. Opened packaging is considered unsaleable.
- Package the item(s) so they are unlikely to get broken in transit – please use a box and/or bubble wrap as appropriate.
- Refunds are paid only into NZ bank accounts only or back to the original credit card that was used for payment. A 2.5% fee may apply, we pass on any transaction fees incurred as a result of your refund.
- Refunds do not include shipping charges.
- Purchases over $149 are entitled to free delivery, if your refund results in the total initial purchase being less than $149, we will take into account the correct shipping when refunding.
E.g. Your initial purchase came to $155 – you get free shipping. You decide to return $56 worth of product. Your refund will be calculated as follows
$56 minus $9
= total refund of $47.
**The cost of shipping an order worth $99 is $9
- If you purchase during a free shipping promotion that covers all order values, we will not take the potential shipping charge into account. This means you will be refunded the full product price.
- The product must not have been used in anyway.
- This return policy does not apply to Freeze Dried Rose Petals or Special orders.
- This policy does not apply to free or complimentary products.
- If returning glass, please check the terms and conditions for your courier company.
- If the returned product has arrived at DIY Wedding Shop damaged, please make a claim with your chosen courier company.
