If you are trying to order a product and you require more than the quantity currently available, then please do get in touch and we will do our best to get more of the product for you in time for your event.



Please note that DIY Wedding Shop is an online store, and not a physical shop. It is run as a part-time business as I currently have another business I manage and therefore not available for viewing appointments all the time. Please note the following times I am available for pickups

Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 6pm (on the odd day I may be able to fit in till 6.30pm but depends on when my daughter's after school activities are on that particular day)

Saturday - By appointment and availability. Most Saturdays are busy so please email and I can let you know what times works for Saturdays

Sundays - Between 11am and 12.30pm. Please ask if you need a different time and I can let you know availab

Due to the online nature of the business, I do not get many appointments to view and there can be the odd weekend that I am not available if there are no bookings made in advance. Also, if there are no pre-booked appointments for the Sunday, then I may make other plans then and may not be available if you call and request an appointment that day. I do apologise if this happens.

Pick Up

If you want to pick up your order, please text or call Farah for pick up address and to arrange a pick up time if you have not heard back within  12-24 hours of placing your order. Pick up is in Pakuranga, East Auckland. Please note that Eftpos is not available on pick up but you can pay by cash or internet banking. Credit card and debit cards can be used for payments when placing an order during your visit here. 

The DIY Wedding Shop is NOT a physical shop.

Click Here for other Shipping Fees. Please note that we currently use NZ Post and Castle Parcels for delivery. Once your order has been disoatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will also receive an email from Gosweetspot with the tracking link. As these are automated messages, they may end up in spam or junk mail so please check there if you haven't received your order tracking details.

Delivery 1-5 working days depending on your location.  Parcels are sent on business days only and on the next available courier after order and payment is received.



You can pay by internet banking or credit card when making your purchase. Please select “Paypal’ option if you need to pay by credit card. If you do not have a paypal account, then you can select the option to enter your credit card details on the paypal screen.

If you wish to pay on pick up when you collect, then select the ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ option.

Afterpay payment is also offered.

If your credit/debit card is being rejected by PayPal with the message “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.” it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you’re not logging in with that particular account.

  2. Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.

  3. You’ve linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.

  4. You’ve exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.

  5. Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal’s system.

  6. Your browser is not accepting cookies. You should clear any existing cookies and try again.
