Delivery Information

For Purchases: 

Purchased orders can be picked up by arrangement. Otherwise delivery will be by courier, please see delivery charges below To avoid delays please provide an address where the parcel can be signed for. Delivery is only available within New Zealand. Deliveries outside of New Zealand is not offered at this stage.

Delivery charges within NZ are below. Please note there is a base rate plus additional shipping/handling charges for our cylinder and fishbowl vases and mirror bases. 

• Spend upto $49 – $7.75 + additional charges for fishbowl vases, cylinder vases & mirror bases

• Spend between $50 and $100 – $9.00 + additional charges for fishbowl vases, cylinder vases & mirror bases

• Spend between $100 and $148 – $12.75 + additional charges for fishbowl vases, cylinder vases & mirror bases

• Spend over $150 - $15.00 + additional charges for fishbowl vases, cylinder vases & mirror bases

Due to large increased costs of glassware, their size and weight, and increased courier costs, we have had to implement additional shipping/handling fee for glassware as they are larger/heavier than other items stocked.  You are welcome to organize pick up from Pakuranga, Auckland, or get in touch if you prefer to organize your own courier for collection. 

Please note that if the above shipping costs do not apply if you are purchasing bulk items for which we are giving bulk discount pricing. We will let you know of shipping costs at time of order. 

Orders are sent out within 1-2 working days.  Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Our preferred courier is NZ Post, or Post Haste/Castle Parcels for larger itemes. However, if you would like to use a different carrier, please send us tickets or courier satchels and we will gladly use that courier.
