Each tassel comes flat and ready to fluff and attach to string.  Perfect for Parties and Weddings. Instructions: gently separate each sheet of tissue, fold in half with tassels out to the right and left, keep folding until about 5mm wide.  Twist them hold in half and twist together.  Thread on twine to hang.
